It started as a mad Christmas idea, declaring that we could do better than what was out there; coupled with some encouragement from our good friends at Colwith Farm Distillery, we produced our first Moonshine, Charred Maple.
The Smokehouse
Visit our smokehouse BBQ, where our moonshining adventure began. We are a cabin in the woods down in Cornwall at the stunning Golitha Falls, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, serving proper low and slow smoked BBQ from brisket to pulled pork.
